Homebase by Perspective Box moves it into one place every adult can see, and each child gets a private link to their own day.

School, practices, tests, appointments, meals and birthdays for everyone, side by side, with a view for each person.
Add a class once and it repeats every week. Or upload a photo or PDF of a timetable, a bill or a receipt and let AI do the typing: only what you confirm is saved, and the file is not kept.
Give everyone their jobs. Children earn points for jobs an adult has confirmed, and the table setting rota rotates by itself.
Plan lunch and dinner for however many are eating, and the shopping list builds itself, one row per ingredient.

Why Perspective Box
Perspective Box is a technology company based in Lisbon and London. Since 2013 we have helped organisations plan, choose and run the information systems they depend on. Now we also build our own software.
Your household data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt, and kept separate from every other household. Some services we use are outside the EU; the privacy policy lists them.
Homebase uses no advertising or tracking cookies. You pay one price per household.
Homebase needs no card. Before paid plans start we give at least 7 days' notice by email, and the terms set out how plans, cancelling and refunds work.

Yes. Every price includes VAT and is shown in euros.
No. One price covers the whole household, however many people. Children, grandparents and carers can be added without an account or an email, and each child can have a private link to their own day. Adults sign in with a Google or personal Microsoft account.
Yes. The owner can cancel a paid plan at any time from the household's billing settings, and it runs to the end of the period already paid. Consumers can also withdraw within 14 days of their first paid subscription for a full refund. See the terms.

Some services we use are outside the EU, such as Google and Microsoft sign in, payments and the AI provider; the privacy policy lists them. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Homebase works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and as an app on Android phones and tablets from Google Play. On iPhone, open it in Safari and add it to your Home Screen. It needs an internet connection.
Gotham, Budget Box, Tidy Week, Scratch, Grife and Where’s My Stuff? are still being built, and there are no dates or prices yet. Choose an app in the early access form and leave your email. We will contact you about that app only, and you can ask us to forget your email at any time.
